How is the booking process carried out?

Visit our website, choose your favorite excursion, fill out the form located to the right of the excursion description. Send a request, and our manager will contact you to clarify the details, confirm the booking and inform you what time they will pick you up.

Is the transfer included in the tour price?

The transfer is absolutely free. We will pick you up from your hotel, and at the end of the tour we will take you to your hotel hotels where you are staying.

Where will the transport take me from?

Transport will be waiting for you at the gate, at the entrance to the hotel. Expect it there, not at the reception. If you do not have a barrier or gate, then wait at the exit from the hotel, where transport usually arrives.

Do I need to re-confirm my reservation?

No confirmation actions are required after booking. After you clicked submit an application, we immediately see your reserve. If you want, you can contact us again by phone.

From which regions do you pick up for the excursion?

We will pick you up absolutely free of charge from such regions as: Belek, Kadriye, Serik, Bogazkent and Kundu.

I am not staying at the hotel, can I join the tour?

Sure. You do not need to be in a hotel to join our tours. When booking, indicate the address where you are staying. And we will pick you up at the specified time at this address.

Can I omit the room number?

There are no conditions that you must indicate your room number. You will be late, we will contact you without any problems knowing your room number.

Do I need to make an advance payment and when is it necessary to pay for the tour in full?

No, we do not take prepayment, but payment is made on the day of the tour, when boarding the bus. Exceptions are excursions, which include air tickets and individual yachts.
